LOGLINE Forty thousand years after their civilization destroys itself, ten human consciousnesses return from a journey across the universe to find a younger humanity repeating their mistakes—and must decide whether to help it survive, wipe it out, or step aside and let it choose its own fate. THE STORY Humanity has been here before. Forty thousand years ago, an extraordinary civilization flourished on Earth. In the lands now buried beneath Antarctica's ice, cities rose among forests and waterways. Its people mastered the union of biology and technology, then reached beyond their planet. But intelligence did not guarantee wisdom. Greed, division, and war brought their world to an end. Ten consciousnesses were preserved in a living photon lattice aboard the Mothership, hidden in the Triangulum Galaxy. Carrying the knowledge and contradictions of their species, they traveled the universe in search of other civilizations and a greater understanding of existence. They eventually returned to Earth, where a new civilization was rising. Different cities, different languages, the same capacity for beauty—and the same appetite for destruction. To this younger humanity, the ten would seem like gods. Yet they remained human, with individual histories, loyalties, fears, and competing beliefs about power. Should they help humanity pass the Great Filter—the threshold at which civilizations destroy themselves? Wipe out a civilization they believe is beyond saving? Or step aside and let humanity choose its own fate? THE MODERN-CONTACT THREAD A college student downloads a music file. His computer malfunctions, and a message comes through the corrupted file. What appears to be a technical anomaly becomes contact with an intelligence beyond his world. Later communication moves through Web3. THE TEN 01. THE ONE ABOVE — Sovereignty / The sun The central figure of the ten. Hardship, failure, sacrifice, and devotion to family shape his understanding of leadership. Can he protect humanity without taking away its freedom? 02. ANACAONA — Abundance / The living world The Golden Flower. Inspired by the spirit of the historical Taíno queen, this fictional character embodies abundance, love, and the relationship between humanity and its environment. 03. BAHAR — Consciousness / The inner world Bahar brings awareness, perception, and interior experience into focus. Her perspective turns the story toward the mystery inside the mind. 04. SOLOMON — Wisdom / Equilibrium The Inevitable One. Counselor, ambassador, and judge. He seeks truth and the balance between chaos and order rather than wealth or spectacle. 05. RHIANA — Resonance / Music Music, vibration, and healing meet in a figure whose influence reaches beyond speech. She explores whether harmony can exist without erasing individual voices. 06. AL NABARR — Conquest / Unity Al Nabarr embodies the tension between conquest and unity, and the moral cost of imposed peace. His current design is a Mali-inspired Black man in layered robes, a turban, and tactical elements. 07. LUNA — The moon / Cycles Change, tides, reflection, and return. Her current Moroccan identity and lunar imagery connect her to the recurring patterns of civilizations. 08. ARKEM — Chemistry / Healing The physician and chemist. A male character with a Hendrix-inspired presence and molecular imagery, he explores the boundary between healing life and altering it. 09. MEIYOSHIN — Honor / Guardianship A Japanese warrior whose discipline is directed toward protection. His perspective tests loyalty, duty, conscience, and the responsible use of force. 10. KEPHRA — Probability / Possibility Kephra represents branching futures and the uncertainty behind every choice. Her black niqab, flowing ceremonial fabric, and tactical details frame a geometric field of possibility above her palm. THE VISUAL LANGUAGE Sacred Seven: drawn human, real camera.
